As inspiring as the man himself, the wine is inimitably diverse yet smooth to the palate and gracefully well-rounded to deliver a rich experience of Indian terroir. The diversity comes from the varied inspirations and a unique graceful blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Viognier, which is rich in fruit and supple in texture, juxtaposed with a fine grain French oak and the powerful flavors of blackberry and blackcurrant.

It is fragrant, perfumed, & elegant, with lingering dark fruits, spice, pepper, blackberry jam, & violets.

A rich, intense, full-bodied dessert wine with hints of oak, citrus zest & a mineral character

Best enjoyed with blue cheese, goat cheese, fruit tarts & mildly sweet desserts.

This white wine is very elegant with the quintessence of peach, honey, and dry apricot aromas, as expected from the finest Viognier wine, with a floral nose and hints of vanilla notes from the French Oak integration.
