Our award-winning La Réserve has a powerful bouquet of luscious, ripe red and black fruits with an exquisite hint of spice. It combines grace and splendor on the palate with chocolate, coffee beans, and vanilla flavors. The finish is long, ample, and almost magical. Steven Spurrier, the renowned wine expert from the famous English wine magazine Decanter, rated La Réserve as the Best New World Wine during a tasting in Germany in August 2005.

The La Réserve Blanc is aged in French oak barrels, imparting fragrant notes of honeysuckle, apricot, and pineapple. This wine is rich and powerful with long persistence, finishing with tropical fruit, citrus, and soft oak notes. It is created with the same passion as La Réserve Red, showcasing dedication to quality and respect for traditions. This wine is produced from a hand-picked and bunch-pressed selection of Viognier grapes from our best vineyard parcel, fermented in barrels, and then aged on lees.

ROYALE BRUT
Debuting on our 30th Anniversary in May 2019, the La Réserve Royale Brut is a sumptuous treat for all wine connoisseurs. Living up to its grandiose name, this pale gold beauty is the product of premium Chenin Blanc grapes. Partly fermented in French oak barrels and aged on lees for more than 30 months, it is a delicate wine with tiny, persistent bubbles; it is one of the latest and most exquisite wines to come out of our winery. CHARDONNAY
Sourced from the AOC Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise and perfected by venerable French winemaking techniques (in association with Chateau D’Etroyes), the La Reserve Chardonnay is one of the classic Bourgogne wines. Made from the supreme quality grapes grown in our Mercurey and Rully vineyards, this elegant pale-yellow wine is aged in French Oak barrels for a year to achieve the persistent finish and crisp acidity in each sip. The rich and lush palate is complimented with a hint of fragrance of fresh peach, melon, tropical fruit, and lemon zest. Serve it chilled with delectable dishes from Indian cuisine like malai chicken tikka, tandoori crab or lobster and vegetable biryani.

PINOT NOIR
La Réserve Pinot Noir is an exemplary wine from the collection of the quintessential Bourgogne wines. Abiding by the venerable French winemaking techniques, the AOC Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, in association with Chateau D’Etroyes, brings forth the finest grapes from our Mercurey and Rully vineyards and matures them in French Oak barrels for a year. Gleaming like red ruby, this unparalleled wine has a deep characteristic of strawberry and raspberry with grippy tannins. The elegant bouquet of floral and berry fruit aroma goes well with the sumptuous baked veal, poultry dishes and mutton kheema.

Every sip boasts a rich and creamy texture in the mouth, and the exquisite Fumé Blanc is a savory addition to the La Réserve range. The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for six months to achieve this velvety taste. Coupled with the aroma of mango, citrus, and herbs with a dash of vanilla and gooseberry, this one-of-a-kind bright-straw yellow beauty has an intense mouthfeel and underlying chalky minerality. Dark purple in color, the Syrah Grenache is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for six months to achieve this masterful taste.
